• Residents may book a stay of 8 to 14 nights once in each calendar year.

• If there are vacant days after the week, on night 4 of the guests’ stay the host may request up to 3 more nights rental, to a total of ten nights.

• A stay of 8 to 14 nights may be booked one time each calendar year.
